Any PHPC minister is happy to assist you in planning your memorial service and will keep your wishes on file at the church. We encourage you to examine the information provided, and choose a funeral home with which you are comfortable in planning your cremation well in advance of the stress and pressures present at the time of death. Your family will have an abundance of things to deal with upon your death, and this is a large decision that you can relieve them of. You may pre-pay for your cremation when you plan for this service, but this is not recommended unless death is imminent, thus maintaining your flexibility of choice. When you have completed your arrangements, the funeral home should keep a copy, a copy should be placed in your file at the church, and you should keep a copy.
